OUR FOUNDER

Late Mr. H. S. Rustagi (B.Com, FCA, ACS)

Late Mr. H.S.Rustagi graduated from Hailey College of Commerce, Dalhousie in the year 1951 and completed his Chartered Accountancy in 1955 and became member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He thereafter became the member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of England and Wales and on formation of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he was awarded membership of the Institute. After obtaining the qualifications, he joined one of the large banks in India i.e. Punjab National Bank (now a public sector bank), at managerial level and in 1969, he joined a Central Financial Institution i.e. Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) at a senior managerial position. In 1974, he resigned from the job to serve the profession and in 1976, he started his own practice under the name of the firm H.S.Rustagi & Co.
